Vaisse had been working as a General Manager for several prestigious companies previously, including the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Florida and the FC Miami City and has demonstrated leadership and effective, efficient management in all aspects of the companies operations.

Mr. Vaisse also has considerable experience in human resource development, having undertaken training roles at newly-opened companies during his term as General Manager of FC Miami City.
