Shipping Information

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, it takes 3-5 business days to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel. Until your order has shipped, it will remain "unfulfilled" on your account.
Please make sure you are certain of the product specifications, as all orders placed are final. You have 1 hour following your order to proceed with any changes. After this timeline, we can't guarantee any changes on the order.

For Standard shipping, we ship using USPS, UPS and UPS Mail Innovation, FedEX and FedEx Smart Post & DHL.

Orders can be tracked through USPS, UPS, FedEXDHL GLOBAL MAIL.

We provide international delivery worldwide with an online tracking number to make sure you receive your package.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.
Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show.
In some rare case, the tracking information may not updated but you will still receive your order.

Please note that Madam Glam is not responsible for the package after the tracking information shows it was successfully delivered to destination. If for some reason you did not receive it, we advise you to contact the shipping carrier for clarification

1. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 3-5 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for any carrier's guarantees.
We will NOT refund shipping charges if any carrier fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

All of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.

2. If you live outside the US, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. This rarely happens as customs usually don't care much about one parcel, but if it does, you might have to pay around 15-20% of the purchase price to your government (check your local rates for more details).
On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries as listed above. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.
