Metallic Rainbow Nails to brighten up your day!

Rainbow Nails are the coolest!

Make your day fun & bright with this colorful nail art idea that will get everyone talking. Here is a a quick and easy way to add a pop of vibrancy to your look  and mood: this glamorous rainbow nails tutorial!  Oh, and for those not blessed with a steady hand, grab your bffs and indulge in the ultimate pamper session, ladies!

Let's get it started!

🌈 STEP 1

After applying Madam Glam's Metallic Base Coat, cure and then apply our Metallic Silver Base Coat, wait a few seconds to get that mirror effect & then cure again.

🌈 STEP 2

Apply a thin coat of Iron Woman (purple) on one half of the nail and don't cure it yet.

🌈 STEP 3

Apply a thin coat of Girl Boss (blue) on the other half of the nail, like both of the colors are just about touching each other. You can see there is no blending yet. Don't cure!

🌈 STEP 4

This is the fun part of the whole process: the gradient. Using the same brush applicator, gently swipe over the area where both of the colors meet. So, half of the brush is on the purple and other half of the brush is on the blue. Gently, by swiping over both of them, you will be able to create a soft blend. When you are done, cure!

🌈 STEP 5

As usual, the final step: apply a thin layer of our top coat & cure! Don't forget to spoil your cuticles as well with our lovely Elixir!

Repeat the process on every nail, by combining your favorite colors!

Here's the final look! 🌈

MOLLY'S TIPS & TRICKS

🌈 Before applying the gel make sure to wipe off 90% of the gel off the brush. You only need a little bit of it to get the Metallic effect. If you apply too much gel, it will be difficult to control, it will run past the half way line and the color blend won't look as neat and contained.

🌈 Before you start blending make sure there isn't any excess gel on the brush. If there is any, just wipe it off. This will ensure you have a neat, clean and tidy blend.

🌈 You can use a small nail art brush to do the blending if you don't feel comfortable using the gel brush.

🌈 After blending the colors, wipe the brush over a lint free pad to remove the color mixture before putting the brush back in to the bottle.

🌈 You can use this blending method for any colors, using any gels.

🌈 If you are using any other gels and the colors don't look opaque, you can always do more coats!
