Continuing the glamorous series with another talented nail tech that's part of Madam Glam's family! Meet Catherina, known on Instagram as @catherina_kety, she's a proud Moldavian working in the Nail Industry for the last 14 years!

MG: Hi, glamorous! Tell us a bit about yourself!
My name is Catherina, I am 32 years old , I am Moldavian and I have been working in this Nail Industry for 14 years.
MG: How did you become interested in Nail World?
I have had a passion for nails since I was a child, many years ago I made my nails with normal polish and decorated them with glitter.
MG: What inspires your work?
I am a creative person in general, I am inspired by everything around me.
MG: What is your favorite thing about being an artist?
Perhaps the thing I like most about being an Artist, is the fact that I have my freedom, I can always create, travel in my thoughts.
MG: What is your favorite manicure style?
I prefer to accommodate all the new trends, the latest trends are always welcome in my sets. I love reverse french and natural colors.
What is your favorite Madam Glam product?
My most loved Madam Glam product is the Velvet Matte Top Coat. I also fell in love with the new Rubber Gel Base Collection.
MG: Who would be your celebrity-dream client? Why?
If Anthony Hopkins decides to have a men's manicure by me, I would be full of happiness. He is my favorite actor!
MG: Is there a Nail Trend you wish would go away?
Yes, the reconstruction with the tip and dual form.
MG: What changes would you like to see happen both within your industry and the world you live in today?
I hope people start to respect our work more. I hope that this sector will not stop, that the quality of the products will always improve, helping to pollute the world less and cause less harm to health.
MG: How do you hope to see your career grow in the next 3-5 years?
In the near future I would like to open my own nail school, this is my dream, and I am moving towards making it happen.
MG: What advice would you give to an aspiring Nail Artist?
I advise: Not to abandon your dreams and passions for the small difficulties you meet on your way!
