For this episode, our guest is Ginger Sparks- known as "Gel N Gems" and you'll probably understand why, if you keep reading the interview we did together! 

MG: What inspires you when it comes to your nail designs?   

My clients! Their unique personalities really play a big role in what kinds of designs we come up with. It's so much fun learning about my clients and getting to know them, and then giving them a personalized nail look they absolutely love! 

MG: What's your favorite gadget/nail tool?   

My E-File. I could not live without it! 

MG: What do you enjoy most about doing nails?   

I love that there are no rules, you can really express your personality when it comes to art and let your creativity shine... along with some glitter!

MG: What is your life motto/saying/quote?   

"All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." - Walt Disney   

MG: How many gels do you own? What are your 3 favorite gels from Madam Glam?   

Just over 300 and still growing! Wow, how do you pick just 3...but if I had to I would say, The No Wipe Top Coat ( it really is the best ) Rosy Nude ( its the perfect nude shade for me ) and Earth Day Everyday ( this glitter goes with just about any other gel color and the sparkle is just stunning! )  

MG: Which celebrity would be your dream client? Why?      

Kelly Clarkson. She is such a beautiful person inside and out. I have admired her for such a long time. She has amazing fashion and I think it would be a lot of fun to design nails to go with the outfits she wears on The Voice.  

MG: What’s your best tip for getting the perfect manicure?   

Take your time and Practice, Practice, Practice! Before you know it, you will be a pro!   

MG: What is your go-to manicure?   

Usually something purple or with glitter, you can NEVER have too much glitter!! 

MG: Do you have any tips or advice to share with our community, younger and future nail techs or simply nail lovers?   

You're never too old or young to follow your dreams! If you are passionate about something, work hard and never give up!
