1. Wear the right shoes!

You might want to wear summer footwear all the time – flip flops or sandals and other great choices for the times you’re at the beach or pool, but you need something more protective when you’re going on adventures or any other outdoor activities – protect your feet from cuts, scrapes, and bruises!

2. Moisturize!

Your feet need to be properly moisturized, just like every other area of your body. That helps to minimize dry skin & cracking. At the same time, don't forget to use sun screen on your feet when you’re at the beach or pool.

3. Keep them clean!

Good foot hygiene is a must if you want to have healthy toes and feet. Wash them regularly, keep them dry, and tend to even minor injuries to ensure optimal health. Wear shoes that offer your feet a chance to breathe :)

4. Get gel pedicure! What are the advantages of gel polish pedicure?

Professional gel polish pedicure has only advantages. The most important is the fact that for three weeks the nails look like they've been painted just an hour ago. It's a great way to save time and is the best option when it comes for vacations when we wear open shoes, flip flops, swim or take long walks on the beach. You wouldn't like to have the manicure chipped or scratched!
