MET GALA 2024

Dazzling at the Met Gala 2024: Madam Glam Takes Center Stage on Celebrities' Nails

The curtains have drawn on the 2024 Met Gala's red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, marking the conclusion of fashion's most illustrious evening. This year's exhibition, titled "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion," delved into the transformative power of technology in revitalizing garments deemed too delicate and antiquated for wear.

In the grandeur of the Met Gala 2024, where fashion aficionados and celebrities converge to celebrate the artistry of couture, one element sparkled brighter than the rest—nails adorned with the exquisite creations of Madam Glam. Amidst the whirlwind of haute couture gowns and avant-garde ensembles, these nail designs stood out as a testament to elegance, creativity, and the perfect accessory to complete each celebrity's ensemble. Let's delve into the glamorous world of the Met Gala 2024, where Madam Glam's nail designs stole the spotlight and became the talk of the town.

Jessica Biel

Jessica Biel's hot pink gown adorned with thousands of petals turned heads as she walked the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on May 6th. And it's clear she went all out from head to toe, accessorizing with a bold statement gold ring and a diamond and gold cuff necklace. But, let's take a closer look at her manicure!

For this look, celebrity nail tech Elle Gerstein created a special, translucent nail look. She used our "I Do" soak off gel polish to create a subtle and minimalist look, and topped it off with our award-winning "Silver Chrome Gel Paint".

Gwendoline Christie

Gwendoline Christie brought Dark Whimsy to the 2024 Met Gala in a doll-like make-up and custom Margiela Gown. The stunning look — completed with Victorian curls, sheer opera gloves and white tights — was not the only star of the show, but also her natural, doll-like nails!

For this look, celebrity nail tech Elle Gerstein used our exPRESS-on nails in shade "Paparazzi".

Sarah Paulson

Best in bow without a doubt goes to Sarah Paulson who donned a pretty bubblegum confection custom made by Prada. The frock was covered in delicate pink bows while her black train and jewelry added a subversive edge.

For this look, celebrity nail tech Alex Jachno used "White Lace" and "Soft Pink" Soak Off Gel Polishes. She said about this look: "We wanted the nails to be seen without taking away from the dress. Adding the drops of “White Lace” made the color pop while still being classic. The nails were a perfect compliment to the overall feminine doll-like beauty".

Through the lens of Madam Glam's nail designs, we witnessed how even the smallest details can contribute to the grand narrative of fashion's rebirth. As we bid adieu to this year's extravagant affair, we carry with us the memories of daring creativity, timeless elegance, and the promise of a future where innovation continues to shape the landscape of haute couture.
