Thanksgiving only happens once a year, so just in case you might only see some of your friends, loved ones and family members during the holidays, pleeeease...make sure you look your absolute best! Before you choose your outfit, do your hair and apply your makeup, make sure your manicure is ready for this wonderful event.
Plain brown, orange, bright yellow on your nail might do the trick, but you can always add an extra flair to your design. 🍁 Make it Stand Out!
If you want to make a more bold turkey, you can outline it using a fine detail brush and Perfect Black.
🍁 Make the Perfect Circles!
To create the perfect round eyes use 2 sized dotting tools. The larger to create the white of the eye and the smaller to create the black pupil.
🍁 Add More Depth & Contrast!
You can create more details using the same color but mixing it with white, black or other colors to make it lighter or darker.
🍁 Freeze to Protect!
To save your design, after drawing each feather, you can freeze cure the nail for 10-15 seconds. This holds what you have created in place so it won't drool out of place, it won't smudge if you accidentally touch it, and the best part - if you make a mistake you can wipe the nail clean and start that part again... without disturbing the rest of the design!
🍁 Silky Smooth!
If you find your nail to be a bit bumpy due to the additional gel layers you applied, before applying the Matte Top Coat apply a layer of Madam Glam's Top coat to smooth the design out, then apply Madam Glam's Matte Top Coat for a silky smooth finish!
