What about the Pink Ribbon ?
The pink ribbon has been a symbol of breast cancer for more than 26 years and it all started in 1991 in New York city at the Komen New York City Race for the Cure.
Pink ribbons were then given to all breast cancer survivors and and to all the participants of the Komen New York City Race for the Cure.
The pink ribbon is associated with individual generosity, faith in science and medicine progress and it also stands for an optimistic attitude.
