Return Policy for any product bought on the website: Just ship it back within 30 days following your purchase, we will either reimburse you or offer you store credit!
Just ship us back the product you didn't like and you'll have two options:
Either we will refund the credit card you submitted with your original order,
Or we will give you the value in store credit to exchange it for anything you like on the website.
To return your product, simply ship it back:
In its original box, clearly untouched and unused, with the box and bottle intact - any product which has been used can't be returned.
Maximum 30 days after reception of your parcel.
As soon as we receive your mail, we will email you to ask you if you would prefer to be refunded or given store credit! Email our customer care department at email@example.com if you have any question.
Refund & credits
Please note that we only refund 80% of the returned items value. Shipping fees are non refundable.
- VIP members can expect to receive a refund of their last 3 months of subscription only.
- VIP Credits will never expire on the VIP members' account.
Returning a Madam Glam product
1. Make sure to ship back your entire product in its original box, clearly unused - all nail polish which has been used can't be returned.
2. Print and complete the Return form found below. This form must be included in your package to ensure timely service and credit for return.
- Returns from the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska and US territories): Please print the following free USPS First Class Return Label from the US Form
- Returns from outside the U.S. are not currently offered a free pre-made return label. Shipping costs of returns from outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer. Please include the Return form in your package: ROW form
3. Tape the Return Label over an envelope or box.
4. Give your package to your mailman or drop it at the nearest post office. Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this will result in delays.
Please note that Madam Glam does not offer any tracking services on labels for s or returns and is not responsible for lost packages. Customers are welcome to purchase alternative shipping methods that allow for tracking or insurance on the package.
Your product must be in its original box, clearly untouched, unworn and in its initial state - all product which has been used can't been returned.
If your product is in eligibility for return, we will return the product to you (we pay for the shipping).
For OFFLINE sales or sales made through one of our representatives directly, please note that SALES ARE FINAL. No return will be accepted. Please make sure to inspect your order within 72 hours.
