Formula: Creme & Holographic

This is not your traditional Valentine's Day Nail Art Design. Here are all the steps you need to take in order to recreate this look:

Step 1: Prep your nails: ensure all cuticles are removed and pushed back from the nail plate, buff the nail plate to remove shine & clean with alcohol to remove all oils and dust.

Step 2: Apply Laos Soak-Off Rubber Base and cure for 60 seconds under the UV/LED lamp or 2 minutes under the UV lamp.

Step 3: Apply 2 thin coats of Belle Epoque. Don't forget to cure in between layers, 60 seconds under the UV/LED lamp or 2 minutes under the UV lamp. 

Step 4: Paint half of the nail 1 thin coat of Holographic Cat Eye and cure it. Do the same thing for all 5 nails. 

Step 5: In the middle of the nails we will create our hearts. We will need a dotting tool dipped in Red Art Gel Paint and a Detail Liner. Draw the first dot. Make a second dot next to the first dot. Leave a bit of space between the 2 dots. Using the Detail Liner brush drag one of the dots down, creating a 45 degree angle. Drag the other dot down to meet the first dot, creating the heart. Fill in the interior of the heart with the Detail Liner previously dipped inRed Art Gel Paint. Don't forget to cure once you are happy how your heart looks.

Step 6:  Draw a gold line in the middle of the nails, where the 2 colors meet and over the center of your hearts. Don't forget to cure once you are happy how your heart looks.

Step 7: Apply a final layer of No Wipe Top Coat and cure it.

Trimethylolpropane Triacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate, TEGDMA, Laser powder (CH9035)., Diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine Oxide.

Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide, Silicon Dioxide, Pigments.

Acrylates Copolymer, Trimethylolpropane Triacrylate, Ethyl Methacrylate, Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate, Ethyl Acetate, Dimethicone, Microcrystalline Wax, Pigments.

Poly(acrylic acid), Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, 1-Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide, Bis(2-Methacryloxyethyl) Phosphate.
