How it works?
VIP Subscription Entry:
Existing or new VIP subscribers are automatically entered into the Game. Each active VIP
subscription in good standing.
Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without subscribing as a VIP, hand-print your complete name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3" x 5"
card and mail it in a standard business-size envelope with proper postage
affixed to: Madam Glam, 401 Broadway, Floor 12, New York, NY 10013. All mail-in
entries must be postmarked before the 15th of each month and received before the last day of the month.
Multiple entries do not increase your chances to win.
Collect tickets - earn one ticket for every month you have been in the game. The more tickets you collect, the more chances you have to win!
A winner will be automatically selected the last day of each month. The winner will be announced via email and featured in a story on our official Instagram account.
