Exchanges and Returns

Exchange & Return Policy  for any product bought on the website | Just ship it back, we will either reimburse you or offer you store credit!

  • Just ship us back your product you didn't like and you'll have two options: either we'll refund you 100% or we will give you 100% of the value paid in store credit to exchange it for anything you like on the website.
  • We will refund the credit card you submitted with your original order.

To return your product, simply ship it back:

  • In its original box, clearly untouched and unused, with the box and bottle intact -  any product which has been used can't be returned.
  • Maximum 30 days after reception of your parcel.

As soon as we receive your mail, we will email you to ask you if you would prefer to be refunded or given store credit! Email our customer care department at help@madamglam.com if you have any question.

 

Returning a Madam Glam product 

1. Make sure to ship back your entire product in its original box, clearly unused - all nail polish which has been used can't be returned.

2. Print and complete the Return and Exchange form found below.  This form must be included in your package to ensure timely service and credit for return.

    - Returns and Exchanges from the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska and US territories): Please print the following free USPS First Class Return Label Return and Exchange from the     US Form

     - Returns and Exchanges from outside the U.S. are not currently offered a free pre-made return label.Shipping costs of returns and exchanges from outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer. Please include the Return and Exchange form in your package: ROW form

3. Tape the Return Label over an envelope or box. 

4. Give your package to your mailman or drop it at the nearest post office. Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this will result in delays.

Please note that Madam Glam does not offer any tracking services on labels for exchanges or returns and is not responsible for lost packages. Customers are welcome to purchase alternative shipping methods that allow for tracking or insurance on the package.

There is NO restocking fee or charge to return your product, and we refund you 100%.

 

Eligibility
Your product must be in its original box, clearly untouched, unworn and in its initial stat - all product which has been used can't been returned.
If your product is ineligible for exchange or return we will return the product to you (we pay for the shipping).

 

For OFFLINE sales or sales made through one of our representatives directly, please note that SALES ARE FINAL. No exchange&return will be accepted. Please make sure to inspect your order within 72 hours.
